TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are excited you would like to hold your very special day at The Kro!

​

Please note that ALL wedding bookings require a registration form to be signed and filled, and acceptance of the following:

​

• We only provide basic tablecloths and vases, we do not do flower arrangements.

• Bongs are possible, but must be set amounts and pre-agreed.

• Lost and found will be help as long as possible, but any property that is not picked up by latest kl.12 the next day may incur a fee should we need to hold it.

• Please do not send personal Facebook messages, late night texts or phone calls to any of the Gressholmen staff. Violation of our worker's personal space will result in a "bridal management fee". 

• The rental fee includes a 10% service charge to the staff, but guests are welcome to add additional "tip".

• No confetti allowed.

• The wedding agrees to pay for all damages to the Kro's property incurred by the guests of the party.

• Absolutely no drugs or outside alcohol are tolerated.

• No confetti is allowed, or will be subject to extra cleaning fee.

REFUND & BILLING POLICY

- A 50% deposit of the leiesum is required to secure your booking.

 

- Signing the terms& conditions means you understand a balance of payment is due two weeks before your wedding function. No access will be permitted unless the payment is made in full.

 

- Cancellations less than 3 months shall incur a 50% cancellation fee; less than 1 month incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
