We are excited you would like to hold your special event at the Kro!
 
Our menu is small and follows the season.
​
We have a seating capacity of over 200 persons, so there is no need to call in to reserve a table. For table reservations of 13-25 people, please read below. 
​
Please note that reservations and private bookings require a registration form to be signed and filled.

FOR TABLE RESERVATIONS OF 13-25 PEOPLE ("R2")

​

  • You will receive dedicated table service including taking your orders during your visit and setting up your table beforehand. There is a 10% service fee added to the total bill. 
    All events must end by 21:00 latest. 

     

  • If you do not arrive within 30 mins of your arrival time, you will lose your table.

  • You have 72 hours latest to cancel. No-show or failure to cancel will result in a cancellation fee of 1000 kr to be billed to your address. 
    If your party does not respect our alcohol license (bringing outside alcohol; taking glasses/alcohol with them to the pier; rude, drunken behavior) we have the right to ask you to leave, cancel your event, and/or charge for damages.

FOR PRIVATE RENTALS AND EVENTS / UTLEIE ("B": Flagskip, Pergola, or Stage)

  • Please refer to the private bookings brochure for the various types of rental arrangements.
    You will receive dedicated table service for your event, and your rental fee includes the 10% service charge.
    We have a catering menu for you to choose from and needs to be in place 10 days before arrival. Our "selskap" catering menu has a minimum of 25 persons, if it falls below this number we will charge for 25.

     

  • A 50% deposit of the leiesum is required to secure your booking.
    Faktura terms are 10 days after your event.

     

  • You have 72 hours to make minor changes (eg. up to +/-3 persons).
    All events must end by 21:00 latest.

     

  • Cancellations less than 3 months shall incur a 50% cancellation fee; less than 1 month incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

  • If your party does not respect our alcohol license (bringing outside alcohol; taking glasses/alcohol with them to the pier; rude, drunken behavior) we have the right to ask you to leave, cancel your event, and/or charge for damages.

  • No confetti is allowed, or will be subject to extra cleaning fee.
