Job description, duties, requirements:
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all floor activity including assisting customers, managing staff, and events. You should have good interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.

Effective management of the floor and schedule ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant

Floor management with a focus on labour costs planning reactive to changes in business and environment

Ensure any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally and that all guests leave with a positive dining experience

Monitor stock management

Opening and closing procedures

Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standard as well as health and safety
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role within the industry

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Norwegian food and beverage regulations.
